Pray for persecuted believers
While many things may seem impossible from a human standpoint, in the realm of prayer there are no impossibilities.

international day of prayer for the persecuted church
November 8, 2026
Will you and your church unite in prayer and lift up persecuted Christians in the Middle East before God?

“If we understood the potential power of our prayers, we would be on our knees a hundred times a day, asking Him for things that would turn the world upside-down.”
— Brother Andrew
prayer resources
Of the many things our persecuted family need, they ask for your prayers most of all. In desperate situations, where almost nothing is certain, they know God is more powerful than the forces that seek to discourage or destroy them.
You can use these resources to help you pray for your brothers and sisters, for them to hold on, even in the darkest times.
Prayers go where we cannot
Prayer is often the first thing persecuted Christians ask for. Sign up for weekly prayer emails and regular updates on Open Doors HK events and campaigns to pray for and strengthen our persecuted brothers and sisters.

“Our prayers can go where we cannot. There are no borders, no prison walls, no doors that are closed when we pray.”
— Brother Andrew
